Fitzgerald Architecture Studio and The Office for Planning and Architecture have solidified efforts to impliment the joint venture of OPA | FAS, an architectural identity that will serve New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, targeting and specializing in Health Care projects and Multi-family "Green" Housing projects.

OPA | FAS has already successfully completed multiple projects for the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and College of Medicine located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, including microbiology laboratory renovations, cardiovascular consult room renovations, radiology suite renovations, medical examination room renovations, administrative office space programming and renovations, existing office space code assesments, and Information Resource & Technology (IRT) renovations.

The design and planning strengths of OPA will be a strong compliment to the technical ability of FAS, allowing the teaming of the two offices to offer a cohesive architectural package, from planning and design through construction.
