FAS advances Design-Build Relationship with MJC Associates

As a Design-Build joint venture, FAS collaborates with M. J. Cushing & Associates, Inc. on a new residential addition in Colonia, NJ. Previously, FAS and M. J. Cushing & Associates, Inc. have teamed on multiple residential projects in Flemington, NJ.

Since 1999, M. J. Cushing & Associates, Inc. has been performing quality construction projects throughout the State of New Jersey, focusing on an exemplary level of craftsmanship and strong attention to detail. The combination of FAS's architectural expertise and M.J. Cushing & Associates, Inc. construction knowledge, allows the teaming of the two firms to offer a cohesive architectural package, from planning and design through construction.

Some of the benefits of the Design-Build process are improved construction quality, the reduction of design and construction time, and increased value engineering between the architect and contractor as the two parties work as one team during the entire design process.
