This five bedroom, two and one-half bath residence was reconstructed as a contemporary colonial style with a true brick facade and wood trim. Some of the residence’s amenities include a grand entrance foyer flanked by a formal living and dining room. In addition, an open floor plan along the back of the residence incorporates a large kitchen, informal dining area, and two story great room. The second floor houses four bedrooms and one master suite. Close collaboration with the client through all phases of the project created a residence that was specifically tailored to the client’s needs while also providing a highly functional and aesethically pleasing residence. “Fitzgerald Architecture Studio facilitated the design of our vision through comprehensive architect/client contact,” stated Robert Roselli, owner of the Cedar Knolls residence.
“Based on their professionalism and consistent ability to design a project that exhibits and maintains a standard for excellence, I would most definitely recommend Fitzgerald Architecture Studio to anyone in search of architectural services.”
