Fitzgerald Architecture Studio (FAS) was established in response to client requests for a service-oriented approach to architectural services, particularly in the areas of residential rehabilitations, space planning for complex buildings, and the integration of advanced technologies into the design process.

At FAS, the inception of a successful project is achieved through comprehensive information gathering and analyses. Services during this phase include: assessment of client needs, systems and economic analysis, investigation of precedents, and general project research. Upon completion, the stage is set for detailed documentation, thus eliminating the need for continual reassessment during construction leading to costly errors.

FAS has completed designs for additions and new residential projects, the adaptive reuse of older residential properties into commercial space, the rehabilitation of office space, and extensive long-range feasibility planning for several school districts in New Jersey. Through its collaboration with The Office for Planning and Architecture located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, FAS has completed multiple Health Care projects for the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
